DEADLINE APPROACHING!! Durwood Foundation Internship at the Nelson-Atkins Museum

Check out the requirements and directions.
Make sure you're prepared to submit a resume + cover letter addressed to Karrah Whitlock, recruiter. Be prepared with a portfolio and process work.

Many people in graphic design have done this before–ask around about what a beneficial and amazing opportunity it is!

Two-step application process (both steps are required):

  1. Complete the attached Intent Form and submit it to the Registrar’s office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 9.  The form must include the recommendation and signature of your primary studio or liberal arts faculty.
  2. Complete the Durwood Internship Application.  The application will open February 19 and close March 9.  Please make sure to apply for a Durwood rather than other category of internship.   Please read the attached application directions for the information you'll need before you proceed.

Your application will be reviewed only if you have submitted both the intent form and the application.  If you are selected for an interview, you will be notified by the Nelson and an interview will be scheduled between March 15 and March 30.
The week of April 2 – 6, the Nelson will notify students chosen for an interview as well as those who have not been selected.
