When artist Lee Johns Phillips' grandfather passed away, he left behind a tool shed full of treasures. Now, the nails, jars, screwdrivers, and other widgets sitting in his workspace have inspired the younger Phillips to honor his late grandfather with The Shed Project.
Phillips is drawing every one of the more than 100,000 items in the shed, a project that he estimates will take him about five years. So far, he has drawn approximately 4,000 objects.
